International law firm Greenberg Traurig has merged groups in its New York office to form the Media and Entertainment Practice.

Paul Schindler is senior chair and Barbara Meili is chair of the practice group.

The New York Media and Entertainment Practice will now consist of 15 attorneys in New York, supported by the experience of more than 65 media and entertainment transactional and litigation attorneys with the firm throughout the United States and Europe. The lawyers have experience in key industries including motion pictures, television, music, sports, Internet, digital media, e-commerce, broadcast, cable, book publishing and theater.
