Warner Music Group (WMG) and the family of Frank Sinatra have formed a partnership to manage 'the chairman's" music, film and TV assets.

Frank Sinatra Enterprises (FSE) and will manage Sinatra's recordings from the Reprise era, films, television specials, unreleased footage, photos and audio recordings, as well as manage his name and likeness rights. Additionally, FSE will represent the artist's rights to the Columbia and Capitol catalogues.

Representatives from the Sinatra family and WMG will jointly manage FSE. Day-to-day operations will be handled by Rhino executives Jimmy Edwards and Gregg Goldman along with Sinatra archivist/producer Charles Pignone, who will report to co-chairs Scott Pascucci and Robert A. Finkelstein. Additionally, Tina Sinatra and Edgar Bronfman, Jr. will sit on the board of directors.
