Greenberg Traurig partners Jess Rosen and Bobby Rosenbloum will now be serving as co-chairs of the firm's entertainment practice in Atlanta.

The two lawyers will oversee a team that includes 20 Atlanta-based entertainment attorneys and paralegals. Joel Katz will continue to oversee the firm's worldwide entertainment endeavors as global entertainment practices chairman.

Rosen specializes in transactional entertainment in the music and film industries. He recently led a team that negotiated Sammy Hagar's agreement with Gruppo Campari to acquire an 80% interest in Cabo Wabo Tequila for $80 million.

Rosenbloum's expertise focuses on the intersection of entertainment, intellectual property and technology. His specialties include transactional entertainment-related matters in the music and film industries, entertainment-oriented new media issues, content arrangements, licensing agreements, copyright, trademark and branding guidance.
