Mexican pop star Paulina Rubio has partnered with Oracle Beauty Brands to release her first fragrance. "Oro" (Gold), alludes to Rubio's press nickname: La Chica Dorada (the golden girl), and will be available on March 2009 at retail.

The fragrance was developed by Rubio with Oracle and Takasago International and will retail for $25 for the 30 ml and $52 for the 100 ml bottle, with distribution planned for the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Spain and Central and South America.

Oracle is a private company headquartered in New York. Rubio will release a new album on Universal Music Latino in the Spring.
