-The management company formerly known as Soundguich has changed its name to Zepeda Bros. Headed by Pako and Rafa Zepeda, the Mexico City company's roster has grown to include Maldita Vecindad, Maria Daniela y Su Sonido Lasser and Los Concorde (composed of members of La Ley, Fobia, Plastilina Mosh and other bands).

The company, with which Sony Music has a first-look option, also manages Allison, Elis Paprika, Masappan and Ruido Rosa.

Maldita Vecindad is preparing to release its first studio album in at least
10 years this summer, according to Pako Zepeda. The company is still working out distribution details.

-Bruce Johnson, former co-manager of Interscope duo Prima J, has signed
three new acts targeted to U.S. Latino tweens: four-member girl group
G.L.A.M., urban boy trio One FLO and pop-urban soloist Gabriel Morales.

The acts are signed to Johnson's Mainstream Music, which has independent distribution through ADA.

G.L.A.M. counts as a member Gabriella Rodriguez, a cast member on Disney Channel's "As The Bell Rings." Beginning at the end of March, the foursome is performing at five cheerleading competitions sponsored by American Cheerleader magazine. The co-promotion includes Web placement and magazine inserts.
