Liberman Broadcasting's Estrella TV network is bringing back its "Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento" competition for a second 10-week season, beginning March 1.

The show's two-part finale -- in which a winner is awarded $100,000 and help in launching a singing, dance or other entertainment career -- will air May 25-26.

Judge Lorena Herrera has been replaced by actress/singer Patricia Manterola this season, with actor/comedian Hector Suarez and Liberman Broadcasting's influential radio programmer Pepe Garza returning as judges. Auditions took place this year in cities where the broadcaster has a TV and/or radio presence (Portland, San Jose, San Bernardino, Anaheim and Long Beach, in addition to last year's audition cities of Los Angeles, Houston and Dallas).

Last year's winner, singer Sherline Lopez of San Fernando, Calif., ended up on a "Tengo Talento" soundtrack, released by Morena Music, along with other contestants. After her win, she opened shows for Joan Sebastian and Espinoza Paz in Los Angeles that were advertised on Liberman's local radio station Que Buena.

Estrella TV plans to integrate advertisers in the second season with product placement, endorsements by contestants and/or talent and viewer text messaging.

Estrella TV airs in 26 U.S. markets, including 21 of the top 25 Hispanic markets. Its parent company owns and operates nine TV stations and 22 radio stations.
