Veteran Nashville music business executive Tom Baldrica has joined Average Joes Entertainment, where he will serve as president of the label. Average Joes Entertainment, formed in 2008, is based in Nashville and Atlanta, and is home to artists Colt Ford, Brantley Gilbert, Josh Gracin and Corey Smith, among others.

A Minnesota native, Baldrica worked as the first program director and afternoon air personality at K100/USA Radio from 1987-1993. In 1993 he moved to Atlanta, becoming the Southeast Region Promotion Manager for BNA Records.
