Pittsburgh-based country band the PovertyNeck Hillbillies have exited Nashville independent Rust Records, which as previously reported, is undergoing restructuring and is looking for new financial backers.

Prior to their relationship with Rust, the band released two albums "Don't Look Back" and "Hillbillies State of Mind" on their own label.

The band continues to be represented by Buddy Lee Attractions for booking and are being managed by Shawn Pennington, who is seeking new label opportunities for the band.
