Former Sony/ATV senior VP Woody Bomar has returned to independent music
publishing with the formation of Green Hills Music Group. Established songwriters Bob Regan and Georgia Middleman have signed with the new company.

Prior to his eight years at Sony/ATV, Bomar was president and co-owner of Little Big Town Music, which was later acquired by Sony.

Regan is a former president of the Nashville Songwriters Association International and written hits for Keith Urban, Trisha Yearwood, Reba McEntire and Tanya Tucker, among others. Middleman, a former Giant Records artist, has had cuts by Faith Hill, Martina McBride, Joe Nichols, Tracy Lawrence and Terri Clark.

Other Green Hills Music staffers include creative director Tony Darren and office administrator Jo Cosby.
