Rockie Lynne, who scored a top 30 airplay single with "Lipstick" in 2006 on Universal Records South, has signed with Robbins Nashville, a division of New York-based Robbins Entertainment.

He's the first artist to sign with the newly launched label and his debut single, "I Can't Believe It's Me," goes to radio this fall. Lynne, who exited Universal South earlier this year, is managed by industry veteran Susan Levy and booked by Creative Artists Agency.

Sony BMG distributes both Robbins Entertainment and Robbins Nashville.
