The second annual Stagecoach Country Music Festival, to be held May 3-4 at Empire Polo Field in Indio, Calif., will feature a one-off performance from mother/daughter duo the Judds, according to Goldenvoice president Paul Tollett.

The appearance is believed to be the Judds' (Naomi and Wynonna) first live show since 2000.

A host of country heavy-hitters round out the Goldenvoice-produced Stagecoach bill, including Rascal Flatts, Tim McGraw, Big & Rich, Carrie Underwood, Gretchen Wilson, Dwight Yoakam, George Jones, Trace Adkins, Dierks Bentley, Earl Scruggs and Ralph Stanley.

Other acts on this year's initial lineup include: Taylor Swift, Kellie Pickler, Shooter Jennings, Sam Bush, Jerry Douglas, Dan Tyminski, Ian Tyson, Jack Ingram, The Isaacs, Bucky Covington, Riders in the Sky, Kentucky Headhunters, Michael Martin Murphey, Cherryholmes, J.D. Crowe, Wylie & the Wild West, Red Steagall, Luke Bryan, Halfway to Hazard, Billy Joe Shaver, Ryan Bingham, Carolina Chocolate Drops, Waddie Mitchell, Crystal Shawanda, Jypsi and the Greencards.

More than 40 acts will be featured on four stages, as will activities such as lasso and roping clinics, fiddling demonstrations, trail boss seminars, mechanical bull rides and a BBQ contest open to the public. Tickets go on sale Nov. 16 via Ticketmaster.

In related news, the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, also held at Empire Polo Field in Indio, is set for April 25-27. Lineup details are expected early next year.
