Proving there’s more to Nashville than country music, the fourth annual Next Big Nashville Music Festival and Conference runs October 7-10 and expands upon the growth of the previous years. Industry panels, which are set on topics ranging from direct-to-consumer sales to fan management, are scheduled for the first three days of the conference. In the evenings, both national and local acts ranging will perform at 16 venues throughout the city.

The Next Big Nashville Creative Conference's lineup of panelists and moderators includes Kevin Lyman (Warped Tour), Steve Robertson (Atlantic Records), Patrick Foucher (Nimbit), William Hein (Bigger Picture Entertainment), Larry Little (Future Sounds), Brian Peterson (Bandbox), Glenn Peoples (Billboard), Courtney Graber (C3), Erik Selz (Red Ryder), Kyle Bylin (Hypebot), and Nick Stern (7-10 Music).

Among the 140-plus artists scheduled to play are Lucero, the Black Angels, Phosphorescent, Jemina Pearl, Jessica Lea Mayfield, Cortney Tidwell, Ten Out of Tenn, Next Warped Nashville, Lord T & Eloise, The Protomen, David Vandervelde, Jeremy Lister, Alberta Cross, Sarah Siskind, The Deep Vibration, Nico Vega and Disappears. A special Bluebird Cafe show will feature Cory Branan, Carl Broemel of My Morning Jacket and Joe Pug. On the evening of Oct. 9, Next Big Nashville artists will perform on the stages of a handful of the legendary honky tonks on Lower Broadway.
