The Secret Sisters have had a busy year after being discovered in 2009 - quickly signing to Universal Republic and releasing their debut 45, a cover of Johnny Cash’s “Big River,” with the help of Jack White and his own Third Man Records. On Sept. 16 the sisters performed songs from their self-titled debut album, which is being released on October 12 through executive producer T Bone Burnett’s new label Beladroit Records, an imprint of Universal Republic which was created especially for the release.
