The 44th annual CMA Awards was the most watched show during primetime on Nov. 10, but with an average of 16.4 million viewers for the three-hour program, it was down 4% from the 17.1 million viewers who watched in 2009.

According to, the show, which aired on ABC, also hit an all-time low in the important adults 18-49 viewer demographic, with a 4.7/13 rating/share.

The evening's big winners included Brad Paisley, Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton. Lambert won three awards, including album of the year, on her 27th birthday and her fiance Shelton grabbed two. Paisley walked away with the coveted entertainer of the year award after five years of waiting.
