LAPD are searching Fertitta Hall at the Marshall School of Business, according to USC security alerts.

LAPD has confirmed no shots have been fired at the University of Southern Campus after receiving a call Thursday afternoon of a possible active shooter.

Students were alerted of the developing situation via security alerts, which cautioned to stay clear of 610 Childs Way on University Park Campus due to police activity.

LAPD searched Fertitta Hall at the USC Marshall School of Business, while students stayed in lockdown. The call was made to LAPD at 12:17 p.m., and the situation was cleared by 1 p.m.
