Tyler, the Creator has come a long way since his Loiter Squad days, transitioning into a chart-topping rapper and clothing designer.
With the recent drop of his new album Flower Boy -- which debuts at No. 2 on this week's Billboard 200 albums chart -- and the success of his clothing line Golf Wang under his belt, the 26-year-old artist has partnered with Converse to design a version of the classic Converse One Star sneaker. After Tyler announced that the aqua-blue sneaks were available online, to no one's surprise, they sold out immediately -- but what fans didn’t know was that there was another collection well on its way.
His latest drop, One Star X Golf le Fleur, features four bright summery hues, including Peach Pearl, Airway Blue, Sulphur and Fuchsia Glow. Every pair comes with an interchangeable set of tonal laces and a personal message from the designer himself. Inscribed on the sole of each shoe reads quotes like “don’t let 'em kill your flowers, water your garden and stunt.” Check out the new kicks below.
The one-of-a-kind kicks retail for $100 and will launch in Converse stores and online Thursday.
