She’s back! Miley Cyrus surged to the top of the real-time Billboard + Twitter Trending 140 chart Thursday afternoon (May 11) after the release of her first solo single in four years, “Malibu.”

The Billboard + Twitter Trending 140 chart measures the real-time acceleration of conversation around artists and their music on Twitter.

The track first appeared on the Trending 140 chart around 2 p.m. ET Thursday afternoon, shortly after its release on YouTube and other streaming services. The song was reportedly released earlier than expected after a leaked version appeared online.

The music video for “Malibu” has launched to 500,000 global views since its release (as of mid-day May 11).

The 24-year-old singer and current Billboard cover star hasn’t yet announced a title or release date for her sixth studio album, which is expected to be released later this year. Cyrus will give “Malibu” its debut TV performance on May 21 during the 2017 Billboard Music Awards. The show will air live on both coasts at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on ABC.
