Yandel earns his ninth top 10 on the Hot Latin Songs chart (dated Dec. 3), as “Nunca Me Olvides” hops 12-10 in its 19th charting frame. Before going solo in 2013, the reggaeton star also notched 21 top 10s on the chart as part of the duo Wisin & Yandel, bringing his career top 10 total to 30.
The chart rise follows his performance of the track on the Latin Grammy Awards, which was broadcast live Nov. 17 on Univision. Yandel took home awards for best urban song and best urban/fusion performance, for his song “Encantadora” -- his highest-charting song to date on Hot Latin Songs, reaching No. 3 on the April 9, 2016, tally.
The latest chart frame also provides the track with its best airplay, sales and streaming week. At radio, the track rises 17 percent (to 14 million audience impressions in the week ending Nov. 20, according to Nielsen Music), bumping it up 4-2 on the Latin Airplay chart.
The song was streamed 747,000 times in the week ending Nov. 17 (up 6 percent), achieving a new high, with the bulk (71 percent) of plays coming from YouTube. The music video, uploaded in July, has over 87 million global views to date. Sales increase 29 percent (to 1,000 downloads in the week ending Nov. 17), pushing it 24-22 on the Latin Digital Song Sales chart.

Ozuna’s Triple Peaks: Newcomer Ozuna flies 25-13 on Hot Latin Songs with “Dile Que Tu Me Quieres,” earning his best position on the chart yet (of four charted hits). The song takes Streaming Gainer honors for the second straight week, rising to 1.6 million weekly U.S. streams, doubling its stream count. A music video for the song has amassed over 107 million global views (through Nov. 22) since its release (on Sept. 16).
In addition to the chart rise, the Puerto Rican urban act also reaches new highs with two other concurrently charting tracks: “Si No Te Quiere,” featuring Arcangel and Farruko (up 29-21), and “En La Intimidad,” (39-29). Streaming is the main source of activity contributing to each of the songs, while airplay is slowly growing (however, “Initimidad” does not currently have any airplay).
Earlier this year, Ozuna made his Billboard chart debut, on the collaborative “La Occasion” by DJ Luian and Mambo Kingz, alongside De La Ghetto, Arcangel and Anuel. The song peaked at No. 21 on Hot Latin Songs on the Aug. 6-dated chart.
Don Omar Debuts: Finally, fellow reggaeton artists Don Omar and Zion & Lennox score a new top 10 on the Latin Rhythm Airplay chart, soaring 21-10 with “Te Quiero Pa Mi” (up 135 percent to 5.3 million audience impressions).
The rise at radio comes right after the 10th anniversary re-release of Don Omar’s 2006 album, King of Kings (Nov. 11), where the newly recorded “Te Quiero” appears as a bonus track. The remastered set originally spent 11 weeks at No. 1 on Top Latin Albums (his longest-running No. 1) and is his best-selling set to date with 556,000 sold.
Elsewhere, “Te Quiero” earns the Hot Shot Debut on Hot Latin Songs, arriving at No. 30. The entrance marks his 36th career entry on the list, dating back to his debut in 2004 with “Dile” (No. 47 peak).
