Hillary Clinton is returning to Los Angeles for a day of fundraising on August 6, with one event in the works at the home of music talent manager Scooter Braun, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
If the event comes together as planned, a source close to the campaign told THR, the event will be packed with another young Hollywood crowd. (Braun is best known for representing Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Cody Simpson, Carly Rae Jepsen and other young rising musicians.)
This will mark the third time Clinton has tapped Hollywood for funds since declaring her 2016 presidential candidacy.
Clinton was last in Los Angeles on June 19 for a series of gatherings, including one at the home of Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire and his wife, Jennifer Meyer Maguire, with all 250 tickets for the event sold out at $2,700 apiece.
Attendees include Leonardo DiCaprio, Elizabeth Banks, singer Sia Furler, ID PR founder Kelly Bush, CAA exec Alex Avant, Dustin Lance Black and an array of other "young" Hollywood types, one insider told THR.
