As RCA executive VP of publicity, Mika El-Baz leads a team that’s driving TV, print and Web-based PR and artist development campaigns for RCA’s A-list, breakthrough and developing acts—all contributing to RCA’s latest industry market share, including track-equivalent albums, of 7%. El-Baz has played a role in the success this past year of stars including Justin Timberlake, Miley Cyrus, Miguel, Kelly Clarkson, A$AP Rocky, Alicia Keys, Britney Spears, Fantasia, Ke$ha, Usher, Pitbull, Chris Brown and Billboard’s Woman of the Year, P!nk. “She’s astonishing,” El-Baz says of the singer. “Just to be around someone who is so massively talented, at the top of her game and is so dedicated to her family is fantastic.
