Sam Smith Loses 14 Pounds in Two Weeks

According to Instagram, Sam Smith has been hitting the gym as much as the studio in recent weeks, and it shows -- the soulful Brit has lost 14 pounds in two weeks.

He shared that his makeover comes courtesy of nutritionist Amelia Freer, whose book Eat. Nourish. Glow. makes a cameo in Smith's "After" photo. According to the singer, her tips and tricks "completely changed his life."

The weight loss guru inspired Smith to change up his eating habits with lots of fruit and veggies, which he also showed off for his fans.

Smith had to hit the gym, too -- though apparently pumpin iron is not his favorite activity.
