Taylor swift and cat Olivia Benson are seen in Soho on September 16, 2014 in New York City.

Olivia Benson hits the streets of NYC.

Is Taylor Swift channeling a supervillain these days?

Of course not, but the paparazzi "caught" Swift during a particularly cute moment earlier Tuesday (Sept. 16) when she walked out of her apartment with her sweet cat Olivia Benson. There's so many questions that arise from this quick picture: Is her hair really always that glossy? Isn't her tiny arm going to get tired carrying that cat? Where can I get that purse? Seriously, how is that kitty not running away?

And also: Are we going to get an Olivia Benson-inspired track on 1989? She's been Swift's most loyal companion over the past few months; this photo alone could be mined for some serious lyrical inspiration. In fact, a lot of her music already works when applied to a loving relationship between a woman and her too-cute-for-words cat. For example:

9.) I see sparks fly whenever you smile.

5.) Your eyes wider than distance. This life sweeter than fiction.

4.) Haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate.

3.) Stay, stay, stay.

2.) I walked through the door with you. The air was cold. But something 'bout it felt like home somehow.

1.) Spinning like a girl in a brand-new dress, we had this big wide city all to ourselves.

Just consider it, Taylor! Those of us who are cat ladies-in-training thank you in advance. And never forget your first feline love, Meredith (below). She might enjoy an NYC walk too!
