Camila Cabello Thinks 'It's Amazing That Women Are Speaking Up For Each Other'

Backstage at Billboard's Women in Music event, we asked the stars of the night how they felt about the #MeToo movement. Here is what they said.

Camila Cabello -- breakout Cuban-American singer and proponent of immigrants' rights -- spoke backstage at Billboard's Women in Music event about what it means to her to see women supporting each other as the #MeToo movement grows and strengthens.

"It's up to everybody to talk about their experience so that other women don't feel alone," Cabello says. "Watching an injustice happen and being silent is just as bad as the injustice happening."

Cabello's comments come after a nationwide avalanche of sexual assault allegations against men in positions of power, and against the tactics of intimidation that are used to silence women from speaking out against them.
