How to Watch the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards

MTV's 33rd annual Video Music Awards are fast approaching and will feature performances by some of the biggest names in the industry.

Hosted by Katy Perry, musicians like Kendrick Lamar, Ed Sheeran, Fifth Harmony and Gucci Mane, Lorde, The WeekndP!nk (who is receiving the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award), Miley Cyrus and more are all set to take the stage at the Forum in Inglewood, California.

So how can you tune in?

Red-carpet arrivals begin at 6:15 ET and the show itself will air live at 8 p.m. ET on MTV and online on MTV's Live TV site

In addition to live performances, this year's VMAs will perhaps be extra interesting due to the premiere of Taylor Swift's video for her new single, "Look What You Made Me Do." Given that the event is hosted by Perry, one of Swift's rivals and possibly one of the people who inspired the song, this year's show is set to be a scintillating one -- so make sure to follow along with Billboard's coverage of this year's MTV Video Music Awards here as well!
