When The Voice contestant Cami Clune named her hometown of Buffalo, New York after her audition got a four-chair turn on Tuesday night (Oct. 20), the coaches dove into a round of introductions to get her on their team.

"My name is John. I'm from Springfield, Ohio," John Legend told the 20-year-old."That performance was mesmerizing. Your voice has this wonderful warm tone. No one else is sounding like you on The Voice so far this season, and I would love to help you navigate all the way to the finale.

"I'm Gwen Stefani. I'm from Anaheim, California. I've been quarantining in Oklahoma with Blake," the "Hollaback Girl" singer said, before the camera cut to boyfriend Blake Shelton, who was visibly upset after he was "blocked" by Kelly Clarkson from getting Clune on his team.

Despite Clarkson's efforts to relate to Clune by revealing she got her first tattoo in Buffalo, Shelton jokingly quipped, "This industry is full of ups and downs. You really got to be careful with who you surround yourself with, and you certainly don't want to have anybody who takes opportunities away from you, who don't even allow you the opportunity to make up your own mind."

Shelton's convincing seemed to work, and Clune chose Legend as her coach for the season. Watch her sing Bon Iver's "Skinny Love" below.
