Post Malone attends the 61st Annual GRAMMY Awards at Staples Center on Feb. 10, 2019 in Los Angeles.

Surprise! The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon is delivering a special off-hours episode following a massive NFL match-up on Sunday night (Sept. 8), and the show has assembled a heavy-hitting -- and loud -- team of talent for the occasion.

After the New England Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers face off on the field, Fallon will host Kane Brown, who's set to perform as the musical guest; Kelly Clarkson, who will showcase her improv skills for the host's impromptu singing challenge; and Post Malone, who will take in some jousting (and maybe turkey legs, who knows) at Medieval Times.

Michael B. Jordan and Jamie Foxx are also set to appear on the special episode.

The Tonight Show's post-game broadcast will air immediately after the conclusion of the local news at 12:05 a.m. EST on NBC.
