Anthony Anderson surprised fans with his spectacular opera singing abilities during The Tonight Show on Monday night (Oct. 8).
Host Jimmy Fallon admitted that he discovered Anderson’s hidden talent after doing what we all do best: consulting Wikipedia. The Black-ish star, referring to himself as the “ghetto project Pavarotti,” then serenaded the audience with his rendition of “La Donna È Mobile,” but with a 2018 twist.
Yep, Anderson sang the Italian opera song over a trap beat, with the help of ad-libs from Fallon’s house band The Roots.
