Performing the funky new single from forthcoming 2019 album, Sheryl Crow served up an energetic run through “Wouldn't Want To Be Like You'” on The Tonight Show on Wednesday night (Sept. 5).

Wearing a "VOTE" t-shirt under a metallic black and purple jacket, the “Soak Up The Sun” singer danced around and powerfully chanted the lyrics of the new track that features St. Vincent with her signature charisma and an almost rap-like flow. "Money is the Bentley parked on Wall Street/ Money is the new friends you make each week/ Money is the inside guy at the bank/ Money is the yacht right before it sank," she sang in the song about how money is the root of most evil.

Crow recently told Billboard that her collaboration with St. Vincent, who appears under her given name, Annie Clark, is "about the climate of truth not being important anymore."

"I called her and said, 'I am dying to have you bring your St. Vincent-ness to this.' and I said, 'You will not hurt my feelings if you don't like the song,'" Crow recalled. "I sent it to her, and her response was, 'Fuck yeah."
