Donald Glover as Earnest Marks in Atlanta

Donald Glover is flipping out in the new 30-second trailer for the upcoming second season of his hit FX series Atlanta. Maybe not flipping so much as rotating slowly, as the actor's solemn face stares into the camera while his body does a series of slow, dramatic 360-degree spins in the 30-second sneak peek. Glover's attire changes from jean jacket to a parka, sweatshirt, sweater and a then a pair of hoodies in the tantalizing tease, which features a moody soundtrack courtesy of buzzed-about teen UK act Yellow Days. The brief glimpse of the second installment of the series, now dubbed Atlanta Robbin' Season, ends with Glover seemingly crashing to the ground on his final spin.

The new, brief look is a follow-up to an earlier teaser that consisted of a single panning shot featuring star/creator Glover, Brian Tyree Henry, Lakeith Stanfield, and Zazie Beetz’s characters in various settings, lit ominously like a chiaroscuro painting; that ad was soundtracked to a song from Sonder, "Too Fast." The show is returning on March 1. Glover recently shared that the second season was inspired by the 1992 film Tiny Toon Adventures: How I Spent My Vacation.
