Forget the Bomb Cyclone, Diddy's 'The Four' Debut Created a Meme Cyclone
Kevin Jonas, French Montana, Logic and lots of viewers had plenty to say about Thursday night's (Jan. 4) debut.
Fox's new reality singing competition The Four: Battle for Stardom debuted with plenty of drama on Thursday night (Jan. 4) as two of the four chosen ones were replaced by the end of the two-hour debut thanks to the show's unique battle style format. We also got a couple of new potentially viral catchphrases from judge Diddy, a look at music exec Charlie Walk's attempt to be the Yankee Simon Cowell and plenty of glimpses of DJ Khaled shouting "this is what I'm here for!"
And while the ratings aren't in yet, The Four has already succeeded in one very crucial category: meme-ishness. From Twitter props for the show from the likes of French Montana, Kevin Jonas, Maria Menounos and Logic to a slew of hilarious gif-filled reactions from fans, The Four seems to have struck a chord from jump.
