Josh Groban has made numerous appearances in sitcoms over the years, from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia to the most recent Crazy Ex-Girlfriend episode. Now, he’s getting a TV show of his own on Netflix, called The Good Cop.

For this dramedy by Monk creator Andy Breckman, Tony Danza and Groban team up as a father-son duo both named Tony. Groban plays Tony Jr., a by-the-book NYPD officer, who has to deal with his former NYPD officer father, Tony Sr., giving him advice on how to fulfill his duties, according to TVLine

The show is still in pre-production, Deadline reports, and will begin to film in New York later this year.
