Aidy Bryant as Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Saturday Night Live.

Aidy Bryant parodied White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders with a little help from Demi Lovato's "Confident" on SNL (Nov. 4).

In a press conference skit, Bryant's impression of Sanders resorted to singing the sassy track, one of Lovato's singles from 2015, to stick to her guns.

"You've continually denied any connection between the Trump campaign and interference by the Russian government," one journalist said in the sketch.

"Ya'll are obsessed with this," Sanders cut in. "It's frickin' lame."

The reporter continued: "However, Sarah, in light of indictments handed down this week, what I want to know is how you can continue to stand here day after day and maintain there's no connection to the president."

And then the real performance began. Watch it below.
