The series is boasting its most-watched season on record.

America's Got Talent and World of Dance are so assured dominance for NBC, no other network even bothered to compete on Tuesday night.

Though there are usually one or two other original offerings going against the powerful reality duo, that was not the case last night. NBC put out steady episodes of its two big summer series, easily owning the night across the board. America's Got Talent naturally led, posting a 2.4 rating among adults 18-49 and 12 million viewers.

The strength of America's Got Talent's current season really can't be overstated at this point. The No. 1 summer series across the board, it's also enjoying its most-watched cycle in its 12-season history.

As for World of Dance, the lead-out continued its own exceptional run with a steady 1.6 rating among adults 18-49 and 7.1 million viewers.
