"No one put more thought and love into this decision than I did," he tells Entertainment Tonight of the band's halftime gig.
Maroon 5 are set to perform this Sunday during halftime of the Super Bowl -- aka the most-watched television event of the year -- and Entertainment Tonight’s Kevin Frazier sat down with frontman Adam Levine for an exclusive interview from Atlanta before the band takes the high-profile stage.
During the conversation, Levine opens up about his thoughts on landing the “biggest gig in the game” and what fans can expect from their halftime performance. “The spectacle is the music,” Levine said of halftime. "We just kind of wanted to bring it back to a time when it was a little more simple. … When the highlight, the focus was the connection to the songs."
