With the Super Bowl just two days away, on Friday Carrie Underwood and the NFL released the big game's theme song, "Waiting All Day for a Super Bowl Fight."

The track is a reworking of NBC's Sunday Night Football theme, "Waiting All Day for Sunday Night," which Underwood began singing during the 2013 season.

NBC's football theme is based on Joan Jett and the Blackhearts' 1988 hit, "I Hate Myself for Loving You," and has included previous vocalists Faith Hill and Pink, who originated the theme song in 2006.
