Welcome back to Billboard's weekly video show "Real-Time Rewind," which recaps the past week's hottest action on the Billboard Real-Time Twitter Charts --Trending 140 and Emerging Artists -- and the news that's driving the action. So what was happening on the Real-Time Charts this week?

After a one-year hiatus, the YouTube Music Awards returned on Monday March 23, ditching the live component they tried back in 2013 in favor of creating a playlist of videos and dropping them all at once. Thirteen new videos dropped, most with their own behind the scenes component, all wrapped up with a few interstitial videos with host Tyler Oakley breaking down the action.

“Famous” by Charli XCX, a cut from her top 50 album Sucker, was directed by Eric Wareheim reached No. 3 on the Trending 140 at 11 am on March 23.

“One Time” by Migos, a single off their upcoming album YRN (out June 16), peaked at No. 4 at 1pm.  

Action Bronson and Chance The Rapper pay homage to Eddie Murphy’s Coming to America in the video to “Baby Blue,” a cut from Bronson’s just-released album Mr. Wonderful. “Blue” peaked at No. 3 towards the end of the day.

Bronson won the day with more than an hour of cumulative time spent in the top 10 of the Trending 140 throughout the day, just edging out Lindsey Stirling, who spent just under an hour of time in the top 10 with “Take Flight” from her album Shatter Me.

At one point in the afternoon, four of the top 10 songs of the Trending 140 were recently-released videos from of the YouTube Awards.

The Trending 140 chart measures the acceleration of conversation around artists and their music, while the Emerging Artists chart measures the volume of tweets around new artists and their songs.
