As of late, Sam Smith has been singing a lot about "Diamonds." Now, they have even more reason to.

On Thursday (Nov. 12), the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) announced that Smith's breakout 2013 hit "Stay With Me" had finally earned diamond certification, racking up a whopping 10 million sales and equivalent streams in the United States. This is Smith's first-ever diamond certification.

Smith also saw their past work earn 10 other RIAA certifications alongside "Stay With Me," including a platinum certification of their sophomore album The Thrill of It All, a five-times platinum certification for their debut album In the Lonely Hour, multi-platinum certifications for songs such as "Lay Me Down" and "I'm Not the Only One," and a gold certification for their single "To Die For."

"Stay With Me" becomes the 43rd song to ever earn a diamond award, joining the ranks of songs including Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance," Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud" and Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off."
