"Wash your hands, wash your hole!" Words to live by in general, but this exhortation from drag legend Sherry Vine is especially salient during a pandemic such as the one we find ourselves in.

With May being Mental Health Awareness Month and plenty of us focused on staying centered as we self-quarantine, Billboard decided to check in with some of our favorite drag queens and LGBTQ talent to see what they're doing in isolation and what techniques they're using to stay mentally healthy during this stressful time.

Bringing her indelible pop parodies from a stage near you to a livestream inside your house, Sherry Vine continues to raise spirits and remind us not to take ourselves too seriously even when things are getting very serious around us. Case in point: Sherry is selling face masks and sending all the profits to healthcare workers, but they look like this. Here's what Sherry has to say about her isolation habits.

First Thing In the Morning

"Get a cup of coffee. Do not talk to me until I've had my coffee lol. I then work out or dance for an hour. Then I try to be creative and productive until it gets dark and then it's red wine and Netflix!"

De-Stressing Techniques

"I honestly haven't had any panic moments. I think working out and cranking out videos and parodies has kept me too busy. Then by night I'm too tired to fret."

"I've been listening to a lot of fun, upbeat music. I am a rock 'n roll queer so Ramones, LunaChicks, Pretenders have been on constant repeat. And I've been deep into Donna Summer – 'Sunset People.'"

"Jackie Beat. We are working on so many projects we usually talk about that. And how much we miss dick."

"Everything! Ozark, Making The Cut, Homeland. I watched all the Star Wars and Avengers movies."

What's for Dinner

"I never, and I mean never, cooked when I lived in NYC. My mom sent me a Crock-Pot a year ago so I finally made use of that and it's my new BFF. Easy, healthy, delicious."

What I've Learned

"I learned that I'm pretty chill when I thought I would go crazy. I travel so much and I absolutely love it -- I need it actually. I'm usually not good at staying in one place long so I learned that I'm more centered than I thought I was."
