Divina De Campo of 'RuPaul's Drag Race UK' attends RuPaul's DragCon 2019 at The Jacob K. Javits Convention Center on Sept. 6, 2019 in New York City.

"It's just for now." That's the mantra and reminder RuPaul's Drag Race UK runner-up Divina de Campo is invoking to keep centered and maintain perspective in the midst of this pandemic.

With May being Mental Health Awareness Month and plenty of us focused on staying centered as we self-quarantine and try to keep our spirits up, Billboard decided to check in with some of our favorite drag queens and LGBTQ talent to see what they're doing in isolation and what techniques they're using to stay mentally healthy during this stressful time.

Hot off a birthday and up for a Digital Drag Fest Award (voting stays open 'til May 7), the unforgettable Divina de Campo offered us some solid tips – among them, be mindful of your screen time but do not worry about your Kate Bush time.

Here's what Divina has to say about how she's holding up during the pandemic.

First Thing In the Morning

"I answer all my social media messages and comments, or at least as many as I can. I try limit it to 2 hours so it doesn't take over the whole day. Then I shower. Boiling hot water and get myself ready for what I have planned."

De-stressing Techniques

"I'm doing some meditation and Pilates classes. They're really helping me get through."

Quarantunes

"I love Kate Bush and Tori Amos so they're my go to and then anything classical like Callas or Sutherland. 'The Sensual World' by Kate Bush is so beautiful and melodic and there's a whimsy to it that reminds me life isn't all that serious and is to be enjoyed."

Text Besties

"I message loads of people but Verry Cherry and Ginger Hunter are my main message recipients."

Binge Watch Picks

"Everything! In the last week it has been French and Saunders, Smack the Pony and The League of Gentlemen."

What's for Dinner?

"The hubby does the cooking! I'm eating loads of toast (I'm a real cordon bleu chef) and cake."

Let's Keep In Touch. Or Not.

"More video calling, [but] I'm quite solitary in a way anyway. My husband is my best friend and we spend the most time together. I tend to only really speak to people through need. I always feel a bit like I'm encroaching otherwise."

Staying Creative

"I'm working on new material and music. Resetting wigs and fixing costumes. All the little bits you don't get chance to do normally."

What I've Learned

"I actually like other people."
