When World of Wonder announced that RuPaul's DragCon in Los Angeles had been canceled for the first time in the franchise's history, fans of Drag Race were heartbroken. But lucky for them, the event is still taking place -- just with some new, social-distancing-friendly caveats.

On Monday (April 27), World of Wonder announced the first-ever edition of RuPaul's Digital DragCon, a livestreamed version of the annual event featuring some of fans' favorite queens from Drag Race and beyond. The official livestream will take place on the production company's YouTube channel WOWPresents on Saturday and Sunday, starting at 3 p.m. ET both days.

The virtual convention will feature many of the DragCon activities fans have come to know and love, including special performances, panels from queens and LGBTQ stars, Q&A sessions, exclusive merchandise opportunities and special guest appearances from fan-favorite queens.

Queens like Aquaria, Alaska, Mariah Balenciaga, Mayhem Miller, Miz Cracker, The Vivienne and many more will join the event, along with celebrities like Jake Shears, Rebecca Black, Tony Hale and more.

RuPaul's Digital DragCon will take place Saturday and Sunday, May 2 and 3, at 3 p.m. ET on the WOWPresents YouTube channel.
