It's an election year, so RuPaul's Drag Race is making sure to get out the vote. On last week's episode, the queens competed in an election-style debate (titled "Choices 2020"), where the contestants vied to be named "America's First Drag Queen President." Milwaukee superstar Jaida Essence Hall proved to be fit for office and earned her second challenge win.

For candidates Jackie Cox and Widow Von'Du, however, the pressures of the campaign trail proved to be too much to handle, landing them in the bottom two. Lip syncing to Katy Perry's 2010 smash hit "Firework," the pair showed their stars and stripes to the Fourth of July anthem. At the end of the show, Jackie Cox earned the nomination to stay in the race, ending Widow Von'Du's campaign for the crown.

Speaking to Billboard via email, Von'Du said that she wanted to accomplish more on the show, but was at least glad that her time there meant something to the plus-sized kids watching. "It's been hard knowing that I didn't get the chance to do the big final dance at the end but I am proud of what I was able to showcase," she says. "I got to show my body on TV and that big girls get to have different styles. And that I am funny! "

Throughout her time on the show, the Kansas City star has proven to be one of the most talented lip sync artists of the season, something she claims comes from a very physical place. "For me, my body has to feel the song for my mouth to work," she says of her lip sync skills. "As long as my body has a rhythm, my mouth will follow."

To celebrate her time on Drag Race, Von'Du curated a special playlist for Billboard, made up of some of her favorite songs to pick herself up. "These are my favorite songs that I have performed, loved performing, or I listen to when I need inspiration and am going through a hard time," she says.

Check out Widow Von'Du's playlist below, and see what she has to say about each track.

Widow Von'Du, "Yes Bitch! She Might Be!"

Because who wouldn't want to be bopping to that song.

Missy Elliott feat. Eve, "4 The People"

That song is the hardest bop ever and it is one of my favorite songs. Missy Elliott and Eve are everything.

Erykah Badu, "On and On"

Because just like the song says, I will go on and on!

Nicki Minaj, "Yikes"

I mean it's Nicki Minaj, come on! If Nicki isn't on your playlist you are doing something wrong!

Beyoncé, "Freakum Dress"

Everybody needs that good "I'm gonna give it to you" song!
