Big Freedia attends the 2019 American Music Awards at Microsoft Theater on Nov. 24, 2019 in Los Angeles.

More and more artists are looking for ways to entertain their fans, even if they're stuck in their homes. Now, Big Freedia has a new plan to get her fans dancing in their living rooms.

On Thursday (March 19), Freedia took to her Instagram to announce that beginning on Friday night (March 20), she would be hosting a weekly "Friday Night Shakedown" live stream on her Facebook and Instagram pages every Friday at 9:00 p.m. ET, where she will perform her own tracks live to get her fans moving.

"I’m trying to keep y’all entertain [sic] in these tough times," she wrote on Instagram. "Stay at home stay safe wash ya wash ya wash ya hands! Sanitation is a must right now! Ya heard me praying for everyone  ... Gods speed."

Along with promoting her new show, Freedia also took a moment to call on her fans to offer their financial support where they can, directing them to the New Orleans Disaster Relief Fund and a PayPal account for her touring crew.
