King Princess covers Lady Gaga's "Speechless" for BBC Radio 1.

With the release of her debut album Cheap Queen on Friday (Oct. 25), King Princess finally gave her fans the music that they've long been waiting for from her. And on Sunday (Oct. 27), she helped them celebrate with a brand new cover.

On Sunday, King Princess appeared on BBC Radio 1's Chillest Show with Phil Taggart to promote her new album. KP took a seat at the piano bench to deliver two new performances for fans who were eager to hear her sing live.

First, Princess took on a piano cover of Lady Gaga's heartbreaking ballad "Speechless," from 2009's The Fame Monster. Most of the song remained unchanged in the singer's cover, with the notable exception of the song's pronouns -- while Gaga normally sings the words, "Oh boy, you left me speechless" in the song's chorus, but in her version, KP changed the object of the song to "girl."

King Princess then gave another pared-down performance, this time of her own song "Ain't Together," the sultry fourth track off of her album. Where the song's original version features her signature groovy guitar, along with some well-crafted drum licks from Father John Misty, the new version sees her relying only on her piano skills and voice to convey the pain of the track.
