It's been less than a year since the release of rapper CupcakKe’s critically lauded album Ephorize back in January. Now, the Chicago-born rapper is ready to give her fans some new songs to rap along to.

Taking to her new Instagram account on Friday (Oct. 26), CupcakKe announced that she will be releasing a second album in 2018, titled Eden. Posting a photo of herself eating a strawberry while covered in chocolate sauce and sprinkles, CupcakKe let her fans know that the new album will be available on Nov. 9.

The announcement comes after a music-filled year for the hip hop artist. After her album's release, CupcakKe spent the rest of 2018 dropping a string of other singles, such as “Quiz,” “Hot Pockets” and “Blackjack,” along with appearing as a featured artist on tracks with artists like Kelela and social media sensation Lil Phag (Elijah Daniel).

The rapper recently made headlines for canceling her appearance as an opening act on Iggy Azealia’s new tour so she could plan her own tour to promote Eden. “Due to a change of plans, i unfortunately will no longer be able to attend tour with Iggy,” she wrote on Twitter. “I’ll be going on tour by myself when the album drops …. be looking out for dates .. thanks.”
