Cher, Nicki Minaj and Fleetwood Mac to Appear as Guests On New Season Of 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show'

The Ellen DeGeneres Show has announced its star-studded lineup for the premiere week of its sixteenth season, which kicks off Tuesday, Sept. 4. The talk show will welcome Nicki Minaj for its premiere episode and promises to give unsuspecting fans “the ultimate surprise of a lifetime,” according to a press release.

Fleetwood Mac will then take the stage on Wednesday (Sept. 5) for a rare performance of two of their classic hit songs prior to their North American tour. This marks the band’s first appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and their first TV appearance with new members Mike Campbell and Neil Finn. Mark Wahlberg and BlacKkKlansman breakout star John David Washington will also sit down to talk with host Ellen DeGeneres.

The premiere week will close with an appearance from music icon Cher on Friday (Sept. 7). The diva will join DeGeneres for a sit-down interview and a performance of “SOS” from her upcoming ABBA tribute album, Dancing Queen, which is due Sept. 28.

Additional guests to scheduled to stop by for the new season include Spike Lee, Anna Kendrick, Heidi Klum, Olivia Munn, LeBron James, Channing Tatum and Kristen Bell.
