Big Freedia performs during the 2018 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival at Fair Grounds Race Course on April 28, 2018 in New Orleans.

Big Freedia will be joining five-piece funk/soul group Tank and The Bangas for a co-headlining North American tour.

The New Orleans-based acts will make fourteen stops across the country from late October through early November. The tour kicks off in Philadelphia at the Theatre of Living Arts on Oct. 20.

Freedia has recently achieved significant public attention, especially after being featured on Drake’s smash-hit song “Nice for What.” After pointing out that she was disappointed that the rapper had decided not to include her in his video for the track, the Queen of Bounce told TMZ she ended up calling Drake to be included in his new video for “In My Feelings.” Freedia also just released a video for her Lizzo collab “Karaoke,” off her major label debut, 3rd Ward Bounce.
