As part of our 30 Days of Pride initiative, we've asked LGBTQ stars to create playlists to show what "pride" means to them. Our first curator is Olympian and Dancing With the Stars champ Adam Rippon.

“Pride to me is a time when you remember those who came before you to make your path a little easier, but it’s also time to celebrate who you are,” Rippon told Billboard. “I think it’s a time for people in the LGBTQ community to come together and show that we’re a family.”

New Pride-themed playlists will arrive each Tuesday and Thursday of June. Follow @BillboardPride on Twitter and Instagram to keep up to date.

Kah-Lo, “Fasta”

I love this song, I think it’s just such a fun beat, and I think it’s great road-trip music. And it’s a great beat without being too heavy.

Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa, “One Kiss”

I love music that gets stuck in your head and for five seconds you’re like, “What am I singing?” and then you sing the rest of the song and you’re like, okay, that’s a catchy song.  I think that’s what makes a song so popular.

Drake, “Get It Together” (feat. Black Coffee and Jorja Smith)

I live in LA, so we have tons of traffic. I’m always listening to a playlist that keeps me from not falling asleep. I have to be able to sing along to it and continually be entertained by it, no matter how many times I listen to it.

Clean Bandit, “Symphony” (feat. Zara Larsson)

I love this song just because, again, I think that this song has such a fun build and emotion to it.

Maty Noyes, “Say It to My Face”

So I like this one because she has that lyric “watch some movies/ have some sex.” I kind of just lost my mind -- that’s when I was like, “okay, this song has to go on the playlist.”

Camila Cabello, “Crying in the Club”

I love this song 'cause the name of the song really gets me. But I still have yet to cry in the club. I will call you when that happens.

Dua Lipa, “Hotter Than Hell”

I’m a huge Dua Lipa fan. I think her whole album is so cool. I could have put her whole album on this playlist and called it a day, to be honest.

Kim Petras, “I Don’t Want It at All”

I just love her. What’s better than thinking that somebody’s gonna just pay for everything?

Rita Ora, “Anywhere”

It’s such a bop. I love this song because my boyfriend introduced it to me. It reminds me of him. I’m a sap.

Demi Lovato, “Hitchhiker”

This is a swerve left, because you have to have ups and downs in your playlist or it gets monotonous. It’s super catchy -- an undercover bop.

Athlete, “Chances”

This one always gets me when the beat drops. I needed a big song before we close it out.

Tiesto and Sneaky Sound System, “I Will be Here (Wolfgang Gartner Remix)”

I feel like that’s the perfect way to end this playlist, because it’s an older song, but it’s one of my favorites. The beat is just so classic. My playlist is like a play, so it has a beginning middle and end.
