The Sharknado made-for-TV film series has long been held as a group of movies that are so bad, they’re good. The series, based on the simple premise of tornados that lift sharks out of the ocean and deposit them on the mainland to cause general terror, is finally coming to an end this August, and they brought in the campiest personality they could find to round out the series.

Alaska Thunderfuck, the runner-up of RuPaul’s Drag Race season 5 and winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 2, has been announced as a cast member in The Last Sharknado: It’s About Time. The queen took to Twitter on Saturday to confirm that she would be featured in the upcoming film by simply tweeting out three shark emojis.

The film comes after five previous Sharknado films, each of them proving to be even more ridiculous and campy than the last. The original film still holds an 82 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, with the site’s critics consensus reading: “Proudly, shamelessly, and gloriously brainless, Sharknado redefines 'so bad it's good' for a new generation.”

Alaska will be joining fellow stars Ian Ziering, Tara Reid, La Toya Jackson, Dean McDermott and Tori Spelling for the final installment. Alaska’s also not the first queen from Drag Race to be featured in a Sharknado film; Derrick Berry, from the show’s eighth season, was featured in the series’ fourth film, Sharknado: The 4th Awakens.

According to the film’s official plot synopsis, the film will follow the series’ hero, Fin, as he travels back in time to attempt to prevent the first Sharknado from the first film in the series. “Will Fin and the gang be able to set everything right and save the world once and for all?” the synopsis posits.

The Last Sharknado: It’s About Time debuts August 19 on SyFy. Watch the trailer for the final film below:
