'RuPaul's Drag Race:' Blair St. Clair Takes Walmart By Storm to Recreate the 'Yodeling Boy' Meme

There are varying degrees of success for the queens on RuPaul’s Drag Race; a few win the crown, some become fan favorites, and more become enshrined forever on the Internet as memes. Vanessa Vanjie Mateo recently saw her legacy solidified when the “Miss Vanjie” meme went viral.

Now, Blair St. Clair is trying her hand at becoming the newest member of the unofficial Meme Queens Hall of Fame. The season 10 queen gave a hilarious rendition of Hank Williams’ “Lovesick Blues” as sung by the now-viral yodeling Walmart boy, wearing a near-perfect replica of the young man's dapper outfit.

?“Wal-Mart’s ayodeling [sic] Youngster SPOTTED again,” St. Clair posted on Twitter, along with a video of her best impression of the meme, while her boyfriend stands by watching in a wig. “Ps: PLEASE SEND YODELING LESSONS,” she added.

When the initial video of 10-year-old Mason Ramsey yodeling in his local Walmart went viral, fans of Drag Race immediately started comparing him to St. Clair in a running joke about the queen looking young. “I’ve been found out,” she wrote while retweeting a fan’s comparison of her and the Walmart yodeler.

St. Clair even took a moment in her post to shout out her season 10 sister Miz Cracker, pointing out a box of Ritz crackers on the shelf behind her. “Shoutout to my homegirl in the back. @miz_cracker, you’ve never looked better,” she said.
