Gay Agenda is a weekly column for Billboard Pride where we run down a few fab things before the weekend. Between new tracks, music videos and pop culture moments, we want our readers to be prepared for boozy brunch conversation.

1. As 2017 comes to a close, it’s time to reflect on the year -- one that was brimming with queer talent. Billboard Pride ranked the top ten albums by LGBTQ musicians from the year, with Kehlani, MUNA and St. Vincent duking it out for the top spot. Check out the rankings and stay tuned next week for our ranking of 2017’s best gay anthems.

2. Pop badass Charli XCX may not identify as LGBTQ, but thanks to a slew of out collaborations including Mykki Blanco, Pabllo Vittar and Kim Petras -- as well as gay favs Carly Rae Jepsen and CupcakKe -- she has effectively released one of the queerest albums of the year with Pop 2, out today (Dec. 15) The entire mixtape is a stellar collection of wacky turn-ups, with “I Got It,” which features assists from Brooke Candy, Pabllo Vittar and CupcakKe, being the pinnacle.

3. Hip-hop boy band Brockhampton has released their third LP, Saturation III. The rap collective’s member Kevin Abstract raps about hating his boyfriend’s fragrance and that “I’m a faggot, I say it/ I scream that shit like I mean it” on album highlight “Stupid.”

4. Ginger Minj is the latest Drag Race star to drop a holiday-themed music video, following Willam’s raunchy “Ho Ho Ho Ho” and Michelle Visage’s warm rendition of “Silent Night.” In her clip for the holiday classic “White Christmas,” Minj goes keeps it campy, channeling Francine Fishpaw for John Waters’ Polyester. The music video features a cameo from Minj’s hubby.
